As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.
We're looking for a motivated and organized individual with a strong background in commercial banking. You'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills, with access to training and development programs to help you succeed in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Work closely with product partners to cross-sell a full range of products and services
- Facilitate credit requests and ensure adequate loan documentation
- Participate in community and business functions to establish referral contacts and promote the Bank's image
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of commercial banking experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial products, credit policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
