Business Relationship Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the customer relationship, driving sales, revenue, and profitability through innovative win-win solutions. This includes owning the P&L of the customer relationship, managing the entire sales lifecycle, and developing unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic value creation aligned to the vision and priorities of the customer in addition to meeting the revenue targets for the account.
- Align TCS engagements with customer's strategic direction and develop relationship roadmap including innovation roadmap and set relationship level governance including escalation management, commercial model definition, contract management, financials, delivery, and process management.
- Develop a robust pipeline and drive market share by securing new business opportunities while nurturing and developing opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Partner with Geography Marketing and Sales team to win new logos in the region.
- Build a diverse and inclusive team, ensuring gender, ethnic, and cultural diversity in the account.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with the client C-suite, showcasing an in-depth understanding of the industry and the customer's ecosystem and building deep trust-based relationships.
- Work in compliance with company standards and business guidelines along with compliance to internal systems and processes.
