Job Overview

Office Coordinator required for a commercial electrical and low voltage service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Supporting technicians with scheduling information and procurement requests, prioritizing their needs.
  • Managing appointment scheduling within our service management software (training will be provided).
  • Inputting receipts and purchase orders to assist technicians as required.
  • Following up with technicians regarding outstanding receipts and purchase orders.
  • Providing clerical assistance to three business owners as necessary.
  • Notarizing documents as required (training will be provided).
  • Organizing both paper and digital files.
  • Distributing insurance certificates and W9 forms to clients upon request.

Growth Opportunities: There is significant potential for advancement and the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities in accounts payable/receivable and customer billing if desired.
