A critical responsibility includes meticulously monitoring data to ensure that fleet vehicles adhere to all legal requirements regarding licensing and registration. Team members will collaborate across departments to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driver Fulfillment Center
    • Generate title, registration, and tax documents according to specific client or vehicle guidelines to ensure adherence to state regulations.
    • Investigate and resolve issues related to license and title rejections from state, county, and provincial authorities.
    • Manage form print positions through the Forms Definition process.
    • Coordinate the ordering of duplicate Manufacturer Statement of Origin (MSO) documents directly from manufacturer websites.
  • Registration Express
    • Facilitate title and registration transactions for vehicles transitioning to new states or provinces.
    • Monitor transactions to guarantee timely completion.
    • Verify Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) data with DMV agencies.
    • Follow up on outstanding issues regarding initial title and registration.
    • Oversee temporary tags until permanent plates are issued.
  • Registration Renewals
    • Accurately and efficiently process registration renewals across various jurisdictions.
    • Ensure correct billing for clients by verifying applicable fees.
    • Reconcile discrepancies utilizing database information.
    • Maintain the legal status of vehicles for client utilization.
    • Communicate jurisdictional requirements to clients for successful renewal completion.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of prior office or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing the SalesForce request management system.
