Responsibilities

The Clinical Staffing Coordinator will:

  • Review and assist with daily clinical staffing to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Help maintain the scheduling system and manual records of staffing assignments and modifications.
  • Collaborate with clinical unit leadership to implement staffing changes that minimize financial impact.
  • Assist in data collection for reporting on financial indicators and staffing-related metrics.
  • Serve as a resource for staff inquiries regarding clinical schedules.
  • Maintain files for the Staffing office, including reports, staffing sheets, agency bookings, and agency staff credentials, while inputting data into the electronic scheduling system.
Qualifications

Education requirements include:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant cumulative job-specific experience.
  • Note: Required professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience, if applicable.
