ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibilities of the Clinical Staffing Coordinator include:
- Reviewing and assisting with daily clinical staffing to ensure optimal coverage.
- Maintaining the scheduling system and/or manual records of staffing assignments and modifications.
- Collaborating with clinical unit leadership to facilitate staffing adjustments that minimize financial impact.
- Assisting in data collection for reporting on financial metrics and staffing-related information.
- Serving as a resource for staff inquiries regarding clinical schedules.
- Maintaining files for the Staffing office, including reports, staffing sheets, agency bookings, and staff credentials, while inputting data into the electronic scheduling system.
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent, or 1 year of relevant cumulative job-specific experience.
- Note: Required professional licensure or certification may substitute for education or experience, if applicable.
There are no additional preferences for this position.
