Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet guests and scan tickets as they enter the building or section assigned, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry process.
  • Ensure guest compliance with building policies, including food and beverage, camera, and bag restrictions.
  • Usher guests to their seats and provide directional assistance throughout the facility, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the event layout.
  • Monitor guest conduct and provide assistance as needed, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
  • Assist in providing a safe and secure environment for Chaifetz Arena, reporting any unsafe equipment or situations to supervisory staff immediately.
  • Perform crowd control management functions, including directing guests to emergency exits and assisting with special needs.
  • Act as a member of the emergency evacuation team, directing guests to emergency exits and ensuring their safety.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional customer service experience and skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in the English language.
  • Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work flexible schedule, including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
