Job Summary

The Executive Meetings Manager will be responsible for generating revenue and managing accounts to meet sales goals. This role requires a strong understanding of hotel operations, including food and beverage, guest services, and reservations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of one year of hotel or sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for this role.

The Executive Meetings Manager will be responsible for booking groups from 10-35 rooms on peak, with or without food and beverage. This role requires a strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts.

The Executive Meetings Manager will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement creative sales strategies to maximize revenue. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends and the ability to analyze data to inform sales decisions.

The Executive Meetings Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files, as well as ensuring proper billing and payment procedures. This role requires strong organizational and time management skills.

The Executive Meetings Manager will work closely with the convention services team to create and price custom menus. This role requires a strong understanding of food and beverage operations and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

The Executive Meetings Manager will be responsible for coordinating VIP gifts and deliveries, as well as entertaining guests. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The Executive Meetings Manager will work closely with the sales manager to develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and revenue management principles.

The Executive Meetings Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate forecasts and updating sales reports. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Executive Meetings Manager will work closely with the hotel's brand standards team to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of hotel operations and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

The Executive Meetings Manager will be responsible for participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. This role requires a strong commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate revenue and manage accounts to meet sales goals
