As a Sales Executive at Ascent Industries Corp., you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our expanding product portfolio across markets. You will develop deep, collaborative relationships with our customers, help solve their most difficult problems, and deliver results that delight our shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, qualify, and manage the pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing potential customers through various channels.
  • Sell our products, competencies, and capabilities by delivering compelling sales presentations and highlighting the unique value propositions of our company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and expand share of wallet.
  • Deliver results that meet or exceed sales targets by solving customer problems, negotiating terms, and closing sales deals effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated history of success in specialty chemical sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a keen ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by achieving and surpassing targets.
