Sales Account Executive

Laufer Group International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with assigned customers, achieving sales and revenue goals, and expanding the firm's market share in the territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Retain customer volume, sales, and profitability through proactive stewardship of the firm's relationships with assigned customers.
- Penetrate and expand relationships and revenue potential with assigned accounts by selling new or additional products or services, finding additional buyers and stakeholders within existing customer locations, and selling additional customer locations.
- Sell and support the full suite of the firm's product and service offerings.
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new opportunities to help increase Laufer's market share in the territory.
- Support and actively participate in all aspects of the sales process, and call upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue budgets.
- Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
- Achieve customer retention and growth targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Reports to the local Branch Manager.
- Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
- Works closely with the Customer Service Team members to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
