Job Summary

The Sales Account Executive at Laufer Group International is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with assigned customers while achieving sales and revenue goals. Reporting to the local Branch Manager, this role requires proactive stewardship of customer relationships, expanding market share, and introducing new products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retain customer volume, sales, and profitability through proactive relationship management.
  • Penetrate and expand relationships with assigned accounts by selling new or additional products, finding additional buyers, and selling additional customer locations.
  • Sell and support the full suite of Laufer's product and service offerings.
  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new opportunities to increase market share in the territory.
  • Support and participate in all aspects of the sales process, including solution development and proposal delivery.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue budgets.
  • Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
  • Achieve customer retention and growth targets.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Alignment

This role reports to the local Branch Manager and works closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Salary Range

$80,000-120,000 depending on experience.
