Enterprise Account Manager

With a proven track record of consultative sales, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape, you'll thrive in this fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and growing your own book of business, selling to our top accounts
- Achieving or exceeding individual quota by bringing in new clients to IMPACT
- Prior experience driving sales and business development activities
- Executing transactions in an assigned account list and prospecting for new opportunities
- Managing complete and complex sales cycles, presenting to C-level executives the value of our product
- Defining, executing, and owning an engagement plan for key prospects
- Developing and managing strong relationships within our Enterprise market segment, looking for opportunities to add value for the customer and develop additional revenue
- Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create qualified target accounts
- Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and referenceable customers
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of closing sales experience, within SaaS
- Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in key verticals
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
- Track record of success in carrying an Enterprise quota
- Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
- Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
- Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
- Experience in bringing innovative / market-defining products to market within a competitive landscape
- The ability to build and maintain a strategic outbound motion with your Business Development Representative
- Must work well in a team-selling environment
- Ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment
- Experience within performance, partner, or affiliate marketing is a plus

Salary Range: $210K-$260K
Total on-target earnings (base + commission), per year, plus eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
