Enterprise Account Manager

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Dataminr, you will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with Corporate Risk clients to understand their goals and seamlessly integrate Dataminr into their workflow. You will partner with internal teams to develop, implement, and deliver onboarding, training, and usage plans tailored for each customer. Your goal will be to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts.
- Manage your opportunity pipeline from week to week, providing accurate and timely forecasts to management.
- Attain quarterly targets for bookings in your book of business, on-time renewals, and overall critical renewal and expansion metrics.
- Increase penetration in your book of business through existing product portfolio and new offers.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of Enterprise software or SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical customers.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem solving in real-time.
- Self-motivated and an ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a strong focus on delivering the best possible client experience.
