Job Overview

Dialpad is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in an enterprise sales environment
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships
  • Strong understanding of cloud communications and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
