Job Overview

We are in need of a meticulous and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our B2C email initiatives and campaigns, aimed at professionals across diverse sectors. This role will be responsible for managing a comprehensive schedule of B2C email communications, overseeing the entire email production process, and implementing best practices to enhance conversion rates and boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities


B2C Email Campaign Management: Take charge of the design, timely execution, and continuous improvement of all B2C email marketing activities. Craft emails that are visually engaging, consistent with our brand, and optimized for key performance indicators such as click-through rates, open rates, revenue attribution, and user engagement.


Audience Segmentation: Manage list organization, segmentation, suppression, and overall list health. Deliver performance insights to enhance personalization efforts.


Quality Assurance: Implement a rigorous quality assurance process to guarantee flawless content, accurate links, timely delivery, and thorough proofreading for all email distributions.


A/B Testing and Performance Optimization: Foster ongoing performance enhancements through systematic A/B and multivariate testing.


Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on email performance metrics, including open rates, click rates, and conversion rates. Aim to minimize unsubscribe, bounce, and complaint rates.


Best Practices and Compliance: Stay informed about email marketing best practices and effective strategies. Ensure adherence to CAN-SPAM regulations, data privacy standards, and other relevant laws.


Campaign Coordination: Develop and maintain B2C email campaign calendars to ensure alignment with marketing strategies, business objectives, and deadlines.


Collaboration with B2B Teams: Work alongside marketing, sales, and product teams to identify performance trends and support initiatives aimed at converting B2C sales into B2B opportunities. Provide additional email support for B2B campaign efforts.

Qualifications


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing


• Proven success in executing effective email campaigns for B2C and/or eCommerce


• Proficient in email marketing platforms—experience with Pardot is a plus.


• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Familiarity with A/B testing and email marketing analytics.
