Position Overview

Email Marketing Specialist: As a vital member of the Message Execution Center team, you will play a key role in developing, supporting, and managing email communications for Fidelity Corp's Workplace Investing (WI) division. Your primary responsibilities will involve crafting, supporting, and deploying tailored electronic communications in partnership with internal message sponsors. This position requires a deep understanding of partner objectives, the ability to create content predominantly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and a commitment to ensuring the precise and timely delivery of various communications to WI clients.

  • Design, develop, and sustain dynamic email templates, content, and landing pages.
  • Establish email frameworks, digital content assets, and reusable components for creating and updating digital content.
  • Conduct audits and perform quality assurance on electronic communications to guarantee flawless delivery.
  • Monitor and support email communications in production, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Test, optimize, and debug email content for deliverability and rendering.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce technology advancements and modifications.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AmpScript, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing automation tools.

About the Team:

The Communications & Education team within the WI division is dedicated to delivering customer messaging, providing targeting, distribution, and support services for a variety of communications. By collaborating with internal sponsors and delivery teams, we ensure the efficient and timely dissemination of marketing, service, and regulatory communications across multiple WI product lines.
