The Corporate Finance Team at RTI is in search of a Senior Financial Analyst. This pivotal role involves facilitating the budgeting process and various financial planning initiatives, delivering analytical insights on critical matters, crafting presentations for stakeholders, and conducting additional ad hoc analyses and support. Furthermore, this position will play a crucial role in the enhancement, development, and standardization of RTI's dashboarding as the Oracle ERP system is deployed, alongside our efforts to optimize technology use for improved processes, reporting, and analytics.

The responsibilities associated with this role are dynamic and may vary based on business requirements and priorities. We are looking for a candidate who embodies a blend of financial acumen, critical thinking, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and technological proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide proactive financial analysis and support to management on essential business initiatives.

- Assist in the creation of executive-level presentations.

- Contribute to budgeting, strategic planning, and other financial activities as required.

- Aid in the expansion, development, and standardization of Corporate Finance's reporting processes.

- Design intuitive and engaging interactive dashboards and data products that facilitate efficient, data-driven decision-making.

- Oversee the maintenance and distribution of monthly Power BI reports, ensuring high quality, timeliness, and accuracy, while delivering key business insights.

- Identify and implement improvements for data accuracy and timeliness through automation and innovative tools.

- Serve as the Corporate Finance liaison across multiple departments, including Business Unit, Accounting, Finance, IT, and Contracts.

- Facilitate the implementation of new financial policies, procedures, and systems as necessary.

- Lead or participate in special projects aimed at enhancing financial management and operational efficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- A minimum of 6 years of FP&A experience or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

- Proven ability to deliver financial analyses and present them in a consumable format for senior management and non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive business insights.

- Proficient in financial systems and capable of developing ad-hoc reports as needed.

- Expertise in financial modeling and managing ambiguity in business scenarios.

- Familiarity with government contracting is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

- Experience in developing dashboards and data products to support data-driven decision-making.

- Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Technologically adept and enthusiastic about advancing digital financial capabilities.

- Understanding of the relationship between technology and process optimization.

- Experience with Oracle systems is a plus.

General Skills:

- Ability to collaborate with team members across RTI Finance to identify and implement best practices for streamlining work processes.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required, along with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
