Your Role:
We are in search of a proficient and driven Lead Enterprise Infrastructure Strategist. The Lead

Enterprise Infrastructure Strategist is tasked with ensuring that the overarching infrastructure technology framework meets the enterprise's needs and requirements, with a strong emphasis on resilience and security.

This position will lead a team of Enterprise Infrastructure and Security Architects, ensuring that the security and infrastructure technology investments align with the organization's technological standards, policies, and governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic technology guidance and leadership to the organization, overseeing technology initiatives and spearheading the planning and execution of the technology foundation.
  • Influence organizational decision-making regarding the adoption of suitable technologies, execution roadmaps, and timelines for phasing out outdated technologies.
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Infrastructure and Security Architects.
  • Own the cloud and infrastructure strategy, developing a reference architecture.
  • Ensure the alignment of the Enterprise Security and Infrastructure (ESI) team with the Enterprise Architect function and various project teams to support new business initiatives.
  • Establish and launch the Cloud Center of Excellence.
  • Define benchmarks and quality measures for the area of responsibility and engage in disaster recovery and contingency planning for IT infrastructure.
  • Ensure adherence to Information Security Technology controls and processes, architecting and testing to ensure proper code acceptance in the cloud environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with geographically dispersed teams, including in-house staff, contractors, and managed services.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, demonstrating exceptional vendor management skills.
  • Develop implementation roadmaps for target states that align with business requirements while minimizing disruptions.
  • Gather infrastructure requirements, provide technical guidance, and promote a collective understanding of data flows, security, and infrastructure challenges.
  • Foster a culture of standards awareness and continuous education to ensure compliance with infrastructure policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various application, data, security, and infrastructure teams to formulate high-level plans for infrastructure solutions while assessing impacts against established standards.
  • Work closely with Product Teams to implement Clorox infrastructure standards within the application development and operations lifecycle.
  • Assist in designing governance activities to ensure compliance with enterprise infrastructure architecture.
  • Provide consultation on projects lacking established technology standards or where efforts do not meet business requirements.
  • Evaluate vendors, applications, and services by collaborating with key stakeholders to determine criteria that align with business needs.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect and/or Systems Engineer, with an additional 5+ years in designing cloud frameworks or implementing cloud infrastructure.
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise public and private cloud projects from conception to production.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing both internal teams of more than five employees and external vendors in delivering cloud and network infrastructure systems and services.
  • 3+ years of experience in application and/or infrastructure solution architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience in building cloud architecture across all Cloud Service Providers or equivalent products and services.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCSP, ITIL Master, CCNA).
  • Experience leading IT transformations, migrations, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing cloud migration projects or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in implementing DevOps practices and cloud-native technologies.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic objectives with short-term tactical imperatives.
  • Experience applying enterprise technology frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman.
  • Familiarity with the Zero Trust Architecture framework and NIST framework, with experience applying these frameworks to infrastructure technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing multi-tier and cross-platform architecture plans, including enterprise workflows and distributed architecture.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, Automation, and Orchestration within all Cloud Service Providers.
  • Experience deploying web and service-based applications in Windows/Linux environments.
  • Background in IT infrastructure, including datacenter compute, storage, networking, hyperconverged technologies, backups, monitoring, server OS, and databases.
  • Working knowledge of best practices and capabilities of all Cloud Service Providers.
  • Ability to manage current state to future state infrastructure roadmaps.
  • Ability to ensure cybersecurity and privacy standards are adhered to according to organizational policies.
  • Ability to lead through influence across multiple teams.
