KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees website development, including content enhancement, online product listings, new product integrations, and usability improvements.
  • Collaborates closely with the Marketing Manager to identify optimal web content based on sales and marketing strategies, liaising with third-party partners, and reporting to executive leadership on foundational and growth initiatives.
  • Works alongside the Marketing Manager to achieve e-commerce sales growth targets as defined by the Marketing Manager and executive team.
  • Monitors and analyzes sales metrics by month, product, region, etc., presenting findings to the leadership team monthly through tools like Google Analytics and website administration tools to assess traffic patterns and purchasing behaviors.
  • Recommends, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of SEO strategies, potentially in collaboration with external partners.
  • Coordinates with external agencies to fulfill website programming requirements and manages new projects involving various Shopify-related applications.
  • Assists the Marketing Manager and Senior Graphic Designer in shaping the strategic online vision for the VIETRI brand.
  • Delivers innovative, effective, and cohesive e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on conversion optimization, website merchandising, and visual enhancements, with or without custom coding.
  • Stays informed about industry trends and opportunities as e-commerce and digital marketing continue to evolve.
  • Manages and maintains third-party application integrations for Marketing, Wholesale, and Key Account channels.
  • Troubleshoots system issues and seeks improvements for applications, possessing knowledge of various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field (e.g., HTML, Shopify, digital marketing SAP). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives, handling complex tasks related to IT solutions.
  • Designs and develops web pages/sites, incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. Responsible for ongoing website design, including banners, seasonal promotions, and custom chat launcher designs for partners. Familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, relying on experience and judgment to plan and execute tasks effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through e-commerce channels for consumer products.
  • 5+ years of experience leading, analyzing, and executing successful organic digital marketing initiatives for consumer products.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with hands-on experience in Shopify.
  • Experience managing integrations with Klaviyo and Attentive platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Ability to analyze Google Analytics reports effectively.
  • Familiarity with FTP devices.
  • Proficient in using Google Webmaster Tools.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into interactive digital solutions.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and implement strategic campaigns, with skills in post-launch analysis.
  • Ability to manage high-level projects while measuring results and maintaining detailed oversight.
  • Understanding of user-centered web design principles, information architecture, usability testing practices, and web technologies.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

DAY-TO-DAY EXPECTATIONS

  • Support the Marketing Manager in liaising with third-party partners. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and assess e-commerce campaigns, prioritizing user experience to enhance sales and conversion rates. Build relationships with internal Marketing, Customer Service, and Outlet Store teams to address inquiries related to website functionality and other relevant areas. Proactively schedule and test promotional elements, manage functionality, and monitor website performance.
