KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversees website development, focusing on content optimization, online product catalog management, new product launches, and enhancements to usability and functionality.
  • Collaborates closely with the Marketing Manager daily to identify optimal web content aligned with sales and marketing objectives, liaising with third-party partners, and reporting to senior leadership on baseline and growth strategies.
  • Partners with the Marketing Manager to achieve e-commerce sales growth targets established by the leadership team.
  • Monitors and analyzes sales data by month, product, region, etc., presenting findings to the leadership team monthly through Google Analytics and website administration tools to assess traffic and usage trends, including purchasing behavior, conversion rates, and average order values.
  • Advises on, implements, and evaluates the effectiveness of SEO strategies, potentially in collaboration with external partners.
  • Coordinates with external agencies to fulfill website programming requirements and manages new initiatives or developments involving various Shopify-related applications.
  • Assists the Marketing Manager and Senior Graphic Designer in shaping the strategic online vision for the VIETRI brand.
  • Delivers innovative, effective, and integrated e-commerce strategies that align with business goals, focusing on conversion optimization, website merchandising, and visual enhancements, with or without custom coding.
  • Stays informed about industry trends and opportunities as e-commerce and digital marketing evolve.
  • Manages and maintains third-party application integrations for various marketing and sales channels.
  • Troubleshoots system issues and seeks improvements for applications, demonstrating knowledge of various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field (e.g., HTML, Shopify, digital marketing, SAP). Relies on experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives, handling a variety of complex tasks related to IT solutions.
  • Designs and develops web pages/sites, incorporating graphic user interface (GUI) features and other techniques. Maintains ongoing design for the website, banners, seasonal content promotions, and custom chat launcher designs for partners. Familiar with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field, relying on experience and judgment to accomplish goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through e-commerce channels for consumer products.
  • 5+ years of experience leading, analyzing, and implementing successful organic digital marketing initiatives for consumer products.
  • Demonstrated success in a similar role with hands-on experience in Shopify, supported by compelling metrics and narratives.
  • Experience managing integrations with Klaviyo and Attentive platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret and analyze reports.
  • Working knowledge of FTP devices.
  • Ability to utilize Google Webmaster Tools effectively.
  • Capability to translate business requirements into interactive digital deliverables.
  • Proven ability to think creatively and implement strategic campaigns, with skills in post-launch analysis.
  • Ability to maintain a broad perspective while managing detailed projects and measuring results.
  • Understanding of user-centered web design principles, information architecture, usability testing practices, and web technologies.

DAY-TO-DAY EXPECTATIONS

  • Support the Marketing Manager in acting as a liaison with third-party partners. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and assess e-commerce campaigns, focusing on enhancing user experience and boosting sales and conversion rates. Build relationships with internal teams to address inquiries related to website functionality and promotional elements, proactively scheduling and testing features to ensure website health.
