We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Product Owner to oversee our high throughput phenotyping (HTP) product portfolio. Product Vision and Planning:
  • Articulate and disseminate the product vision and strategy for the HTP line.
  • Create and sustain a product roadmap that aligns with corporate goals and market requirements.
Agile Development Leadership:
  • Direct the agile product development cycle, including sprint organization, backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including R&D and product engineering, to ensure effective product development and launch.
  • Collect and prioritize product specifications from stakeholders and clients, converting them into comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
Customer Interaction:
  • Serve as the main liaison for customer feedback and inquiries related to the HTP product line.
  • Conduct interviews and surveys with customers to gather insights and validate product ideas.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to both customers and internal teams.
Performance Evaluation:

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, biology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile development methodologies.
