Position Overview:

As the HTP Product Owner, you will take charge of the strategic direction, development, and implementation of our phenotyping offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs and support our corporate objectives.

Product Vision and Planning:
  • Articulate and disseminate the product vision and strategy for the HTP line.
  • Create and sustain a product roadmap that aligns with corporate goals and market requirements.
Agile Development Leadership:
  • Direct the agile product development cycle, including sprint organization, backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including R&D and product engineering, to ensure effective product development and launch.
  • Collect and prioritize product specifications from stakeholders and clients, converting them into comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
Customer Interaction:
  • Serve as the main liaison for customer feedback and inquiries related to the HTP product line.
  • Conduct interviews and surveys with customers to gather insights and validate product ideas.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to both customers and internal teams.
Performance Evaluation:

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and trade exhibitions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, biology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, particularly within the agricultural technology sector.
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile development methodologies.
  • A proven history of successfully launching and managing intricate products.
