The Intuit SMB MediaLabs Team is in search of an experienced Business Development Manager/Partner Manager with a strong history of driving revenue growth. In this senior role, you will be tasked with building relationships with key brands and their advertising agencies, ensuring they achieve their business goals by utilizing Intuit SMB MediaLab's audiences through various service models and emerging partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively cultivate and strengthen relationships with advertising partners, both directly and through agencies, to achieve significant revenue targets.
  • Establish beneficial partnerships with new clients, educating them about Intuit SMB MediaLabs and our advertising solutions.
  • Utilize agency and direct client relationships to identify new buyers for Intuit SMB MediaLabs advertising offerings.
  • Employ data-driven insights to shape client strategies and present proposals.
  • Ensure timely completion of all projects, delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Lead client meetings from agenda creation to final presentation, fostering confidence and setting clear expectations for all interactions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, communicating major updates, changes, and opportunities to enhance the partnership.
  • Provide strategic and consultative guidance to clients to elevate and expand the relationship.
  • Continuously explore and identify client needs, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to align their objectives with unique opportunities at Intuit.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Ad Operations, and campaign activation teams to exceed clients' marketing objectives.
  • Aggregate client feedback and campaign performance metrics to inform product development.
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for Intuit at industry events and with partners.
  • Share your expertise in the industry, clients, and products by mentoring and training team members.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships across teams to achieve client and business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in digital media.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships with C-level executives.
  • Extensive industry knowledge in verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.
  • Established relationships within the agency and direct client space.
  • Expertise in display media, social media, CTV, and video platforms.
  • Experience in developing and executing long-term account growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to lead special projects effectively.
  • Experience collaborating within an organization to drive business success.
  • Capability to define strategies that align with customer business outcomes while navigating agency and client relationships.
