Senior Director of Partnerships

The RoleWe're seeking a Senior Director of Partnerships to lead our brand's partnership strategies, relationships, and implementation. As a critical member of our Marketing Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for authoring a partnership strategy that drives brand awareness, credibility, and emotional connections among our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Build a holistic brand partnership strategy inclusive of key partners, athletes, collaborators, and influencers.
- Conduct regular market scans to identify new business development opportunities and partnerships.
- Evaluate, structure, and execute potential partnerships and business development prospects.
- Oversee all aspects of existing and future brand partnerships, including planning, negotiating, and managing relationships.
- Manage operational implementation of partnerships, including securing creative assets and leading cross-functional teams.
- Provide end-to-end account management of key partnership opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional leaders.
- Create processes to measure the success of individual partnerships and the partnership program.
- Able to influence using a broad range of styles to drive desired results.
- Highly strategic approach to selecting and executing partnerships.
- Excellent interpersonal and people leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results through coaching, innovation, and accountability.
- Knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Fashion/Sports/Fitness industries.
- 12-15+ years of brand partnership experience.
