About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our NAM Partnerships team in the New York or San Francisco office. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in our regional growth and development of one of our largest partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive engagement, enablement, pipeline, and revenue for one of Aircall's key markets.
Actively manage a portion of the partnership portfolio, contributing directly to partnership targets and success.
Build and cultivate lasting, meaningful relationships with our partners' teams to increase awareness of the Aircall value proposition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or MSc degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years or more of experience, ideally in a Partnerships, Sales, or Account Management roles, in a competitive, data-driven environment.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and an interest in technology.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, KPI driven approach.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident communicator, native in English.
