KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Manager to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client expectations and the delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients.
  • Coordinate special projects and collaborate with partners on expatriate program proposals and business opportunities.
  • Develop and evaluate tax equalization and international assignment policies.
  • Review tax returns and equalizations for expatriate employees.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to staff members.
  • Manage resource allocation, workflow, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of seven years of recent experience in expatriate or individual tax.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Possession of a CPA, JD/LLM, or Enrolled Agent license, along with other credentials from KPMG's approved listing. Candidates without at least one of the approved designations upon employment commencement will have one year from their hire date to obtain one.
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is preferred.
  • Able to supervise and mentor team members effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to build and maintain client relationships.
