KPMG is seeking a Senior Manager to enhance our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client expectations and ensure the delivery of services to expatriate employees of corporate clients.
  • Coordinate special initiatives and collaborate with partners on expatriate program proposals and business opportunities.
  • Develop and assess tax equalization and international assignment policies.
  • Review tax filings and equalizations for expatriate employees.
  • Guide and mentor team members.
  • Manage resource allocation, workflow, and utilization of resources.

Qualifications:

  • At least seven years of recent experience in expatriate or individual tax.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of a CPA, JD/LLM, or Enrolled Agent license, among other credentials on KPMG's approved list. Candidates must obtain at least one approved designation within one year of hire if not already possessed.
  • Prior experience in an accounting firm is preferred.
  • Able to supervise and develop staff effectively.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and manage client relationships.
