Contract Length: 6-month engagement
Pay Rate: $65-72/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements project work plans, adjusting as necessary to accommodate evolving requirements.
- Accountable for delivering a digital experience strategy and backlog that enhances the use of our Mobile Check Deposit service.
- Collaborates with team members and leadership to visualize, strategize, prioritize, execute, and assess the impact and growth of Mobile Check Deposit and digital engagement, aiming to maximize the digital product's value to the financial institution.
- Oversees daily operational aspects of projects and their scope. Prepares for engagement assessments and quality control processes.
- Mitigates risks associated with project(s).
- Ensures all project documentation is thorough, up-to-date, and appropriately archived.
- Defines, plans, and executes the objectives and milestones related to the project.
- Experience with Mobile Check Deposit is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in product or project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Dragonboat.
- Significant experience in digital product development within an Agile framework.
- Extensive background in product/program development, execution, and strategic analysis in a matrixed environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of competitive landscapes, operations, and various offerings within financial services or similar consumer-focused industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and robust organizational skills (5+ years of experience).
- Expertise in Digital Product or Project Management (5+ years of experience).
- Experience in Agile methodologies and utilizing Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Dragonboat (5+ years of experience).
