We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales (Customer Support) Representative to join our team at Coloplast. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales leads through the sales cycle, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Implement Direct to Consumer (DTC) Marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers to plan and organize patient meetings and courses, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Proactively contact customers to sell new products, upsell, and cross-sell, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with outside sales reps on DTC activities, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  • Process existing customer sales orders according to department instructions and quality procedures, maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Inside Sales experience strongly preferred; experience in Healthcare or medical device industry a plus.
Competencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
