Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, and closing sales to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and follow up on all quotes, orders, and sales leads
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with outside sales and account managers to grow sales
  • Review account history and work to increase business from existing customers
  • Provide technical support to customers and act as a liaison between other departments and customers
  • Work to achieve department and personal sales goals and numbers

Requirements

  • Associate degree in business or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Engaging and goal-oriented personality
