As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with business decision-makers, building relationships, and offering our industry-leading energy products and rates through fixed-rate contracts. You will also provide decision-makers with the necessary information needed to make informed decisions about their energy provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business decision-makers and build relationships to offer industry-leading energy products and rates
- Provide decision-makers with the necessary information needed to make informed decisions about their energy provider
- Review utility bills with prospects to determine if we can provide a more affordable and cleaner energy product
- Develop and implement a dynamic and results-driven approach to drive sales outside of the office environment
What We Offer
- A full-time, W-2 role with a base pay and an industry-leading uncapped commission structure
- A flexible Monday-to-Friday work schedule with typical 8-hour shifts between 8AM-6PM
- Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision, available after 90 days of employment
- Two weeks of accrued, paid time off, plus 10 paid holidays
- Earning potential of $80,000+ with opportunities for more earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses
