Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business owners and decision-makers to offer industry-leading energy products and rates through fixed-rate contracts
  • Provide decision-makers with the necessary information to make informed decisions about their energy provider
  • Review utility bills with prospects to determine if we can provide a more affordable and cleaner energy solution
  • Develop and execute a dynamic sales strategy to drive results in the field
  • Work closely with our team to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations

What We Offer:

  • A full-time, W-2 role with a base pay and uncapped commission structure
  • A flexible Monday-to-Friday work schedule with typical 8-hour shifts
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision, available after 90 days of employment
  • Two weeks of accrued paid time off and 10 paid holidays
  • Earning potential of $80,000+ with opportunities for more earnings through uncapped commissions and bonuses
