Job Overview

Position Summary:

The Sales Account Executive plays a crucial role within the internal sales division. By embodying the Spitzer Lighting brand, this individual collaborates with designated representative agencies to ensure that exceptional customer service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address inquiries from customers regarding pricing, product availability, and highlight features by referencing product documentation, while providing courteous and positive service. Identify opportunities for upselling and articulate new product features effectively.
  • Accurately input quotes and confirmed orders into the system to maintain efficiency.
  • Work alongside team members to share insights on sales strategies and marketing initiatives, providing constructive feedback to the marketing department for updates on promotional materials.
  • Generate comprehensive sales reports.
  • Send follow-up communications to representative agencies expressing gratitude after visits made by the outside sales director. Coordinate with the sales director regarding the dispatch of samples following the confirmation of customer welcome communications.

Compensation: Quarterly bonuses based on sales performance.

Work Schedule: 8 AM to 4 PM

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM software
