Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive, Field is a key role at Paycor, responsible for identifying potential clients and selling our products and services to new clients within assigned territories. This position requires a consultative sales approach, with a focus on understanding the business challenges of potential clients and presenting solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space through prospecting and referrals.
• Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
• Present Paycor products and services to potential clients in person and by phone.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources.
• Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• 4-year business degree.

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $65,000 - $115,000. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for uncapped commission.
