Alpha Media USA LLC is seeking a highly skilled Integrated Marketing Consultant - Sales to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Sales division, you will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing clients. Your expertise in customizing marketing solutions that integrate multiple channels will be essential in meeting client key marketing objectives. You will work closely with our Radio and Digital Services teams to achieve client objectives and analyze and coordinate with our execution team to ensure KPIs are being met. Additionally, you will analyze and understand higher-level reporting metrics such as web traffic, CPA, engagement rates, and ROI/ROAS to be reviewed with the client. If you have a proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Generate new business and grow existing clients
* Customize marketing solutions integrating multiple channels of marketing that meet the client's key marketing objectives
* Coordinate and collaborate with our Radio and Digital Services teams to achieve client objectives
* Analyze and coordinate with our execution team to ensure KPIs are being met
* Analyze and understand higher-level reporting metrics such as web traffic, CPA, engagement rates, and ROI/ROAS to be reviewed with the client

Requirements:

* A demonstrated knowledge of marketing strategies for scheduling radio campaigns, digital media products, strategies, and how to sell them
* A minimum of 3 years of sales experience
* A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals
* Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment
