Job Summary

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the facility and its events. This includes managing marketing staff, creating marketing materials, and coordinating promotions and special events.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the facility and its events
• Manage marketing staff and interns
• Create marketing materials, including event graphics, brochures, and sales decks
• Coordinate promotions and special events
• Develop and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key community and strategic partners
• Act as facility spokesperson and liaison with the general public
• Assist with sales and implementation of sponsorship, private events, and premium programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or Advertising
• Previous experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, or related industry experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative designer and thinker
• Detailed organization skills
• Ability to work flexible hours based on events

Working Conditions

The Marketing Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to move around the facility, stand for long hours during events, and communicate with patrons and guests. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.
