Job Summary

The ONE/SIZE E-Commerce & Digital Marketing team is expanding its capabilities. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive traffic to our D2C site and support our paid social program.

The core responsibilities of this position include the day-to-day management and optimization of paid social channels that drive to our D2C site. You will also be responsible for providing TikTok Affiliate outreach on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in support of all digital activations.

This role will report directly to the Sr. Paid Social Marketing Manager and will work closely with them to enhance and optimize the strategy for overall growth of the entire paid social program that involves driving new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive traffic to our D2C site and support our paid social program.
  • Manage and optimize paid social channels that drive to our D2C site.
  • Provide TikTok Affiliate outreach on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in support of all digital activations.
  • Work closely with the Sr. Paid Social Marketing Manager to enhance and optimize the strategy for overall growth of the entire paid social program.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on Paid Media or Digital Media Buying experience.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and proactive individual.
  • Critical, forward thinker in terms of the digital landscape.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in handling large volumes of data and creating reports via Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Shopify experience is a plus.

Physical Demands
