Position Summary:

Coronis Health LLC is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations. This crucial role is responsible for managing and enhancing the entire revenue cycle management (RCM) process, ensuring optimal financial performance and adherence to all applicable regulations. The successful candidate will possess significant expertise in RCM, especially within the Behavioral Health sector, and demonstrate a history of effectively leading and refining revenue cycle operations in a dynamic setting.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive revenue cycle strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
  • Guide the RCM team, promoting a culture of continuous enhancement and operational excellence.

Revenue Cycle Oversight:

  • Supervise all facets of the revenue cycle, including patient registration, insurance verification, coding, billing, collections, and denial management.
  • Ensure compliance with all pertinent regulations and standards, particularly those related to Behavioral Health.

Financial Oversight:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency of revenue cycle operations.
  • Identify and rectify areas for enhancement to maximize revenue and minimize losses.

Process Improvement:

  • Implement process enhancements and automation to boost efficiency and lower costs.
  • Ensure that all revenue cycle processes are streamlined and standardized across various locations.

Technology Management:

  • Oversee the deployment and utilization of RCM software and technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT to guarantee system integration and data accuracy and security.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing revenue cycle team.
  • Encourage a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.

Client Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction with RCM services.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.

Regulatory Adherence:

  • Ensure that RCM operations comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, along with industry standards.
  • Stay informed on changes in healthcare regulations and adjust operations as necessary.

Reporting and Insights:

  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding the status and performance of revenue cycle operations.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Budget Oversight:

  • Develop and manage the budget for the revenue cycle department.
  • Ensure effective allocation of financial resources to support RCM initiatives.

Cross-Department Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments such as finance, clinical operations, and compliance to ensure a seamless revenue cycle process.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including insurance companies and healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in revenue cycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and optimizing RCM operations.
  • Thorough understanding of Behavioral Health regulations and operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in RCM technologies and data analytics.
