Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service that meets or surpasses expectations, including the coordination of all necessary financial statement audits, related disclosures, and client deliverables.
  • Gain insights into the client's operations and develop expertise in their industry to address specific client needs effectively.
  • Oversee Audit Associates on engagement teams, acting as the in-charge to facilitate fieldwork by monitoring productivity and ensuring adherence to work plans.
  • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure a smooth information flow between the client and the audit team.
  • Identify and relay accounting and auditing issues to Managers and Partners.
  • Recognize opportunities to enhance the level and variety of services provided to clients.
  • Commit to professional growth through continuous education and training.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments affecting GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, GABB, FASB, and the Firm's standards and policies.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a public accounting setting, specifically in auditing financial statements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of audit services, including knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, GAGAS, GABB, and FASB regulations.
  • CPA Certification or demonstrated progress towards obtaining CPA certification, including necessary coursework.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience and capability to lead engagements as the in-charge.
  • Possession of CPA Certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Starting from $55,000.00 annually
