This position is responsible for implementing strategies to enhance product and process quality, while accelerating cultural change efforts to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Excellence: Monitor and improve productivity, ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery of customer commitments.
- Workforce Development: Develop and implement training plans to maximize workforce capability and drive business growth.
- Compliance and Quality: Lead Compliance and Environmental, Health & Safety efforts in support of plant goals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- LEAN Manufacturing: Drive the implementation of LEAN manufacturing principles to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines, identify and report quality or compliance concerns, and take immediate corrective action as required.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in production or supply chain management.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Bilingual skills and Lean Manufacturing experience.
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
- Prior team leading experience and Quality Systems knowledge.
- Ability to identify and implement Best Practices and navigate high levels of ambiguity.
- Inventory Control knowledge and Teamwork-oriented mindset.
