Head of Revenue Cycle Strategy

Coronis Health LLC is in search of a dedicated and experienced Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations to enhance our operational efficiency. This key role is essential for managing and refining the complete revenue cycle management (RCM) process, ensuring optimal financial performance while adhering to all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction: Formulate and execute detailed revenue cycle strategies that support the organization's overarching objectives.
- Leadership: Guide the RCM team, promoting a culture focused on continuous enhancement and operational excellence.
Revenue Cycle Oversight:
- Supervise all components of the revenue cycle, encompassing patient registration, insurance verification, coding, billing, collections, and denial management.
- Guarantee adherence to all pertinent regulations and standards, particularly those relevant to Behavioral Health.
Financial Monitoring:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the efficiency of revenue cycle operations.
- Identify and rectify areas needing improvement to optimize revenue and minimize financial losses.
Process Enhancement:
- Introduce process enhancements and automation to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure that all revenue cycle processes are consistent and streamlined across various locations.
Technology Management:
- Oversee the adoption and effective use of RCM software and technologies.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure system integration and data accuracy.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing revenue cycle team.
- Encourage a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with RCM services.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders.
Compliance Assurance:
- Ensure that RCM operations comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, along with industry standards.
- Stay informed on changes in healthcare regulations and adjust operations as necessary.
Reporting and Insights:
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership regarding the status and performance of revenue cycle operations.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Budget Oversight:
- Develop and manage the budget for the revenue cycle department.
- Ensure effective allocation of financial resources to support RCM initiatives.
Collaborative Efforts:
- Work closely with other departments such as finance, clinical operations, and compliance to facilitate a seamless revenue cycle process.
- Engage with external partners, including insurance companies and healthcare providers.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in revenue cycle management.
- Demonstrated success in leading and optimizing RCM operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Behavioral Health regulations and operations.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in RCM technologies and data analytics.
