    • Develop and implement menu concepts that align with the resort's brand and customer preferences.
    • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
    • Ensure that all kitchen activities operate efficiently and effectively, meeting high standards of quality and safety.
  • Culinary Expertise
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of culinary trends, techniques, and best practices.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings.
    • Ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
    • Monitor and control kitchen expenses, ensuring that they are aligned with the resort's budget and financial goals.
    • Partner with the finance team to develop and manage the kitchen's budget and financial plans.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality or resort setting.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
