- 2-year culinary degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in an executive kitchen position
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of menu costing and inventory management
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to stay current with culinary trends and techniques
