Position Summary:
We are in search of a highly organized and adaptable Marketing & IT Coordinator. This pivotal role will act as a primary liaison for marketing initiatives, graphic design, website oversight, IT assistance, and administrative functions related to employee technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to execute and manage marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Design graphics and visual content for marketing materials, branding, and digital platforms.
- Oversee and update the company’s website, ensuring that all content is relevant and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Manage and refresh websites for the company’s full-service hotels and associated outlets.
- Monitor website performance and implement enhancements as necessary.
- Set up and maintain laptops, computers, and other devices for staff.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including the configuration of new employees' computers and email accounts.
- Provide daily IT support within the office, resolving technical issues and coordinating with our IT service provider as needed.
- Create and order business cards for employees, ensuring accurate information and consistent branding.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, Graphic Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience in marketing coordination, graphic design, website management, and/or IT support.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and website management tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to IT and technical challenges.

Physical Demands:
The physical demands required for this role include the ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods; repetitive use of hands and fingers; prolonged viewing of computer screens; operation of office equipment; reaching with hands and arms; and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. The role may also involve operating in mentally and physically demanding situations.

Work Environment:
The work environment is typically an office setting, with occasional onsite presence in hotel environments. The noise level may vary from moderate to loud at times.
