About the Opportunity

Comtech Telecommunications Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Korea. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers in Korea.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware and software issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements

  • Three (3) years of related work experience working with Cisco Routers and Switches
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a military environment
  • Sound knowledge of IP networking, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, cross domain solutions, and security systems such as HBSS
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally with diverse audiences
  • Work well independently or as a member of a team environment
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+) CE or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Security certification
