We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at P3 Painting and Renovations Inc. as a Construction Sales Account Manager.
Job SummaryThis is a salary + commission position available for a business-to-business salesperson preferably working in the Community Association Industry (CAI), Homeowners Association (HOA), and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) markets.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the property management industry, including apartments, townhomes, condominiums, and commercial real estate markets.
- Network with existing and new clients at company events and trade shows.
- Provide sales presentations and construction estimates to clients.
- Manage a professional appearance and attitude, and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Visit potential and in-progress projects to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, negotiation skills, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
