Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist

Position Title: Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, Remote
Reporting To: Franchise Business Owner
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in the local market)
As a Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist with British Swim School, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls and online inquiries
- Achieving enrollment goals through ethical sales techniques
- Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for clients
- Coordinating water safety presentations and addressing customer inquiries
Key Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and positive demeanor
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism in customer interactions
- Strong organizational skills and adherence to company policies
- Proficient in phone systems and relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Completion of necessary training programs
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, managing online chats, and responding to emails
- Conducting outbound calls to potential leads in collaboration with marketing efforts
- Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently
- Providing detailed information about products and services
- Accurately entering and updating customer information in the system
- Processing payments and managing class registrations
- Identifying and escalating priority customer issues
- Documenting all interactions according to standard procedures
- Participating in team meetings and staying informed about local events and promotions
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate with potential for incentives, based on experience.
