We are looking for compassionate individuals with experience in call center operations.
As part of the Johns Hopkins Medical Call Center (Patient Access Services), you will play a crucial role in assisting patients to receive top-tier medical care by:
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, faxes, etc.) between healthcare providers and patients seeking services
- Building rapport with patients while collaborating with a skilled, multi-disciplinary team
- Managing complex appointment scheduling
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
A minimum of two years of experience in a medical office, hospital, medical call center, or a similar customer service setting is necessary.
Applicants must possess the ability to converse and type simultaneously, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits:
Enjoy a favorable schedule - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Work in a hybrid environment - initial training may occur on-site for several weeks, followed by in-office work one day a week at most.
