Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer service.
- Utilize strong communication skills to articulate issues and manage customer expectations.
- Assist, mentor, and enhance the skills of fellow team members.
- Engage with the helpdesk ticketing system and monitor open tickets on a daily basis.
- Provide support for laptops and desktops, along with a diverse array of hardware and software. This includes mobile devices such as Apple and Android.
- Offer support for Microsoft Office 365.
- Facilitate SharePoint and OneDrive file sharing and synchronization.
- Conduct basic configurations of routers, switches, and access points.
- Possess experience with mobile broadband internet solutions.
- Have knowledge in SDWAN, Radius authentication, and Dynamic VPN setup.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited institution; or one to two years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations and operational manuals. Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence. Effective verbal communication skills before groups of customers or employees.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and interpret various data forms.
- Proficient in solving practical problems and managing diverse variables in situations with limited standardization. Ability to understand various instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats.
