Technical Support Specialist

Midea America Corp. is a leading home appliance brand with a global presence. We are seeking a highly skilled After Sales Service Engineer to join our team in the Greater Dallas Area, TX.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our business partners, conducting site visits to resolve technical complaints, and working closely with our quality department to analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to business partners and reporting to the U.S. R&D head.
- Conducting site visits to investigate and resolve technical complaints.
- Working with the quality department to analyze breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Training and working closely with business partners to help them better understand our products.
- Visiting business partners to build a deep understanding of their product requirements and outputting specifications documents.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Good knowledge of unitary units or VRF products.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in after-sales service or quality in the HVAC industry.
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese and English.
- Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and customer-oriented concept.
- Frequent domestic travel to office locations.
