About the Role:
At Hireteq Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sr Application Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for distributed applications, including Unix, Linux, Windows, and SQL/PLSQL.
- Support web-based systems and N-Tier Systems, with a focus on middleware technologies such as Solace, Tomcat, Liberty Server, WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBoss.
- Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing clear and concise communication.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying new knowledge to improve support processes and services.
